Is it the Programmer Plus or the Programmer III?

It is the plus but carries the same part number as the III so i am guessing they are the same

Yeah, I noticed when I was looking for one that the plus and the III both have the same number. What motor did your truck have? Did the programmer help much? I've heard different opinions. Everything from "it's a waste of money" to "that's the best mod I've every made".
