Help! Need a new ECM for my eRod LS3

Here's the part numbers from the instruction sheet. Can anyone help me find a replacement? I've had no luck with google, gmpartsdirect, etc...

Closest I can find so far is:

https://www.summitracing.com/parts/nal-19259291

...but that's just based on a forum post I found where the guy had the same operating system as mine on it, so I still don't know for sure. Any help would be appreciated!

PM and I can help. Should just need a E38 ECU. Do you have to have a Erod tune for emissions?

Re: Help! Need a new ECM for my eRod LS3

Thanks! But it turns out the ECM was OK after all. For some reason it would not start, then I connected to the ECM with HPTuners, then was able to start it. No idea... very weird.

I do have a copy of the original tune. It shows:

Hardware: E67, GM Gen IV
VIN: Some magic number followed by "LS3_REL7"
Operating System: 12638778

In case it does ever need replacing, what are the odds I could grab just any random E67 ECM off eBay and load that tune onto it? I'd have to buy another HPT license for it I guess, and the VIN wouldn't update, but would it take the tune?
