Are these as dent/rust free as they look? Any idea what shipping to 59254 would be?

As with most used parts it's hard to know what is under the paint. The undersides appear to be dent free. Some surface rust around the flanges. I will get a quote for shipping for you. I'll drop by the sand blast guy and see what he wants to give them a quick blast.
Just looking to get them to a good home and don't want to disappoint anybody. |
