Lift Question ??
I'm looking for my best lift option (don't want body lift). I'm thinking about lifting the Blazer 3"-4"; it's at stock height now. I'm looking for a fairly good ride (considering it's a Blazer..lol). What is the best suspension lift to purchase? And what height do you guys recommend? I'll be running 33's.

From what I've seen....4" Skyjacker gives the best ride quality and works perfect with 33" tires.

One thing you have to think about is that us first gen trucks have no anti-sway bars up front...so this means that are front leaf springs and very stiff (675lbs. to 800lbs.), shorter and if you go to higher ones they get stiffer...you can relocate your front hanger to put a longer second gen spring on and then add the anti-sway...I'm doing a shackle flip in the rear with ford 57" inch long springs that are very soft...in the front I'm still thinking about it...

Lift
I have a 4" EZ-Ride on my 71, it seem's stiff.
Thet sent the wrong shocks so the real ride quality is still unknown...could be my old shocks? 33's look great with a 4" lift though |
