inside hood release
has anyone or does anyone know of a kit for a inside hood release for a 1969 c-10. If not has anyone tried to fabricate one?

LMC 30-1591 for 69-70.

You can use the search tab at the top of the page to find members that have done this. One used a square body inside latch that looked real good and didnt stick out like a afterthought.

Are you looking for just the inside release, or a hood lock?
Here is a thread for a Megatronix Hood Lock installation. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=714133 I think the hood lock would be preferred. Even if someone broke into the cab, they still would not be able to open the hood, or start the truck. |
