Question VDO gauges ls swap

I have a 93 nv3500, 4.8l swap along with new VDO gauges, from 0 - 30 mph, speedometer reads nothing. Above 30 mph it is 5mph higher than real speed, i spent two hours calibrating mile mark to mile marker on highway yesterday.

Main question is being the VSS sender isnt reading same pulses as vdo / pcm i want the full affect of the gauge, anyone know a nv3500 speedo sender that is compatable with pcm and VDO? 16 pulse per min i thnk vs my 40 per min stock vss
