Looking at having to replace my seat belts on my bench seat 83 C10. My inner belts are fine, the main belt (that goes to the retractor) is toast. Found a set that look good but they are in a bucket seat 'burb. Are the main belts the same or at least as long? It looks like the retractor is a bolt in, and again my inners and centers are fine.

Think of it the other way - who has done a bucket seat swap into their truck? And did you reuse the bench belts with no porblem?

The (retractor) for 77-87 beanch seat do not hold up the the seat up, mount on the uper out side of the beanch in the 77-87 cab. So if the bucket seat belt (retractor) Does not mount under the corner on the seat it should work. But year style maybe different fastner male to female ( buckles ends) to fit in to each other.

Burb seatbelts are different than regular cab pickup seatbelts. But as far as regular cab pickups go, the outer (3point) belts are the same between bench and bucket seats.

Thanks guys. Looks like I need a drivers side maroon belt out of a pickup, bench or bucket. Darn it, the ones I found were out of a burb.

Sigh.

Duel 77-87 Factory air cleaner, duel inlet from rad support . Down sized 9' to new 8' Steel flat bed Was a 77 454 w/308 gear. Taken out 550 lbs. up front with motor clip change.
