flywheel bolt length

2010 LMG 5.3 paired with a sm465.

I'm using the Sachs nfw-1050 flywheel, which is 3/8" thick at the mounting flange. The original flexplate on the engine was 1/8" thick. So, I would expect to use a bolt that is 1/4" longer than the ones I removed.

I removed .88" under-head-length bolts. I bought the bolts that Advance Auto recommended for the nfw-1050 flywheel(2005 silverado 2500hd with 6.0), and they are also .88" uhl.

Would you run these bolts, or would you pay an extra $30 to get longer ones? How big of a deal is it if the bolts are a little short?
