That looks an awful lot like the new project truck in Truck Builder Magazine. '67 short fleet, with a supercharged 6.0L LS1 under the hood. They used Goodmark body panels all over it, and it is six-lug in the magazine. The hood hinges are the same too. It's gotta be the same truck. I'd like to know more too!

I looked at Truck Builder's website and couldn't find any info on the project, but it appears that is the correct answer.

Here's what I do know. The wheels appear to be Billet Specialties "Hustler 6". They look like 20's, but I would like to know for sure. (pic 1)

The blower is a Magna Charger "Radix" MP112 for the 5.3-6.0 motor. It has a rear inlet, and a built in intercooler on this version. (pic 2)

The hood hinges are from Sachse Rod shop. They from their "Bilt-Rite" series of hinges. (pic 3)

I had thought in the beginning they were Colorado Custom wheels, but could not find them on their site. I looked at Billet Specialties site and found what looked like them.

After you mentioned it, I looked closer, and realized the Billet Specialties weren't a perfect match, and you may be right. Here's what I have come up with.

This is a Colorado Custom "Whiskey"....

While it's close, it's not a match.
Then I remembered what it was. It's a Colorado Custom "Slater 6"-

They may loook a "little" different since what they have is the "soft lip" version. Sorry for the pic quality, it was the best I could do on short notice....

You may be right there N2TRUX. I knew they werent the Whiskey, but forgot about the Slater. That was my choice before the Whiskey came out.

That's interesting that they used a Scotts under it. We contacted them about one for my Blazer, and they said they did not make one for it. If they did build one it would be $$$$$. I think we are going with a Progressive instead.

wow thats a sweet motor setup? what kind of blower/ injection setup is that? that looks sweet! all these pics make me wish I haed endless amounts of money, but I dont; finally broke down and bought a welder so i cant buy beer for a month, oh well, guess Ill drink everyone elses, cuz they always seem to drink all of mine, typical

Thats a GM 6.0 motor...

That's common on a project vehicle like this. The entire truck will be blown apart once finished, and everything painted then...
