Slamming a Suburban
I’m looking at a 90 3/4 Tom big block suburban.. I’m romanticizing about slamming it as low as the one pictured, but obviously it is 1/2 ton. Is it possible to make it happen without converting all the suspension to 1/2 to stuff? Pic of the possible acquisition too, it is 2wd.

Looks like https://westernchassisinc.com/Chevy-...prings-Kit-56/ Has parts to drop a 3/4 2wd Suburban. Looks like reare leafs and shackles would get about 6” in the rear and springs/spindles would get about 5 1/2” in the front.

Re: Slamming a Suburban
It's possible to get them low. Not sure you'll get that low w/o air suspension though.
Alternative sources for lowering parts are Switch Suspension or maybe http://instagram.com/builtbybrooks

Re: Slamming a Suburban
Well I pulled the trigger on this 1989 3/4 last night! It’s not the intial one I was looking at, this one is in way better shape and was cheaper. This is the only pic I have at the time. I still need to go get it, and tell my wife I bought it

I’ll be following along. Can’t wait to see how you go about lowering it.
