I am selling my 82 GMC Stepside Pro Street and need to re cover the bench seat. I was wondering what company is sells the best fitting covers, don't want the cheapest and not the most expensive Looking at Black Vinyl.

You may get a better price if you take it to an upholstery shop. Would look more professional and will last longer. (IMO)

I highly recommend USA1 Industries. They have a guy that makes excellent quality and fitting covers. Here are a few of his covers that I have used.

Why do you always taunt me with that green Vinyl / Tweed seat!?!?? I can't afford to pull my Vinyl-only seat cover for one with tweed just yet! Stop posting these things for my sanity!

Quick question: Does Pete offer sending additional tweed / vinyl along with the cover? I would probably want to inlay some vinyl into my door panels to match the seat and/or cover my speaker boxes in the same material.

He may, you would have to talk to him about that. But I know what you mean, both of those seats, I Just love the quality and how they turned out. Pete does great work.

I just recovered mine using a cover from Classic Industries, turned out pretty well in my opinion considering it was my first time recovering a seat. The cover seems like good quality and didn't break the bank.

I don't know who manufactures them (maybe USA1?), but I am very happy with the one I got from Classic Industries. I think the price is pretty reasonable. They have a sale one right now, too.

This one would look great in your truck, I think you will more than recoup your investment when you go to sell it.

Acme makes the Classic Industries covers. They are nice covers also, I have used several of them.

Thanks Guys for the help. Good thing, I sold it to a guy who wasn't worried about the seat. Now I can get back to my 72 K5 and fix the motor.
