Coil or engine cover help...

Im finalizing a '72 GMC build. Put in a crate 6.2 LS3. I want to clean up the look. Prefer to cover just the coils at this point. I have the high mount alternator. What is everyone doing? I do not want the "corvette" plastic wings. I like the look of stock SBC valve covers and have been looking at the CFR performance valve cover adapters, but what happens to the oil fill?

Re: Coil or engine cover help...

You can get adapters and run stock sb valve covers...youll have to relocate the coils though..

Delmos has some nice stuff...and there are others...https://www.delmospeed.com/product-c...vers-adapters/
You can use one of the valve covers with the fill cap if you want...

Re: Coil or engine cover help...

Your options are pretty limited if your not relocating coils...
Edlebrock makes a set of covers...and I've got a set that i cant use...the oil fill goes thru them..
But they only work with certain coils and wouldn't work with my truck coils
So i made these for my c30...
