A little paint on the inside of the reverse light housing and a new set of Sylvania (1156) Silverstars. This was an inexpensive and easy project that actually helped a bit with improved illumination and prettied up the rear end a bit.

Paint - Krylon metal primer and acrylic white
Bulbs: Sylvania Silverstars (1156)
Dilectric grease for the new bulbs and pigtail connectors

Removed the reverse light housings, then cleaned, prepped, primed and painted them:

Others may chime in with other resources but the only thing I have found is the standard 60-72 step-side reverse light which I believe are interchangeable.

When I had my 65 Sub, I painted the insides of the taillights gloss white as well. Made them twice as bright.
