door question

What all will I have to replace in order to replace a 1976 door with a 1979 door?

Looks like the window crank and door panel are diff. not sure what else?

the window crank shaft is shorter on 73-76 doors as compared to 77+...so you will need to replace/modify that in order for your window crank to fit. Aside from that and what you mentioned...not much else.

The whole window crank shaft deal happened to me when I was too cheap to pay for 73-76 doors for Yeller, so I purchased 77 up doors..what a PIA!

The kicker, the GM 73-76 doors at the time were $225, while the 77 up were under $200...helluva lot cheaper than now!!!!
