Hey what's up guys , I'm in need of some help. Has anyone done a gas pedal conversion. If you have please get back with me. Please. I need direction.

Yes, I'm looking to go cable.
After talking to the tech department at cpp ( classic performance products ), I found out that there wasn't no information on a 63 GMC throttle pedal conversion, so I had to figure out something, so I removed the original throttle assembly that was bolted to the side of the transmission tunnel. I found a flat spot next to that area and mocked up my lokar pedal and marked a line around the base of the mounting surface, then I put the plate that mounts to the firewall over the line that I marked around the base of the pedal to marke the 2 holes that needed to be drilled for the installation. Worked out perfectly. Thanks for all y'alls responses. |
