Here is one idea. https://www.ebay.com/itm/12-Braided-...-/273814866004
Usually one end mounts solid and one slides though the sleeve when the door opens and closes. You might check with the car audio shops in UK as there should be something similar available there without having to pay shipping to UK.

Re: 47-54 with door electric's
Funny...I originally purchased those braided steel lines in the above posted link. That Mr. 48 posted. I Tried to install them in my '51doors but could only get 1/2 the wires in them that i needed to run. (I am running power windows and power locks)
So i ended up using that rubber one in the same link above on the far right of image. It holds much more wire. I also read where someone used a 12" long 1/2" diameter spring like the type used for a screen door. They rigged this up inside the lower portion of the door so that when the door closes it pulls the slack of the wires back into the door so that they don't get pinched in the door frame. My truck is at the painter so i dont have picts available.

Did someone ask this question 2 weeks ago?
I literally just bought these, based on a similar thread: https://www.nu-relics.com/product-p/9835.htm |

b-mac
Those should work good. The braided stainless looks great but i could only get four-16 ga wires through them and they were full.
