Intellitronix Analog Electronic Dash " HELP"

I installed a Intellitronix Direct replacement analog electronic dash, Problem 1) When the tach move's so does the speedo. I had it wired with intellitronix speedo senors. So I disconnected the wire to the speedo and it still moves. The tech person at Intellitronix said I need a tach filter. So I put on a Marshall tach filter (Same problem) ANY IDEA'S

Problem 2) Gas gauge I have a new sending unit read's 0 ohm's empty 30 ohm's fill. Intellitronix dash has dip switch's On one setting the gauge reads empty and the other setting the gauge starts out at full and then drops to empty.

The dash ground go's right to the engine block ( recommended by Intellitronix )

ANY IDEA'S or HELP

Thanks in advance
Jim
