rear leaf springs
New here, I'm working on a 79 2wd Blazer with a flip kit in the rear. It has the original springs & looks to me like its setting high. Do you guys remove any leafs when you flip the rear? TIA...

Re: rear leaf springs
Lengthen the rear shackle till it's close to the bed floor, this will lower 1-1/2". Anything more than that will require a flip.

Re: rear leaf springs
Interesting. I think more often than not when a blazer is flipped it's too low. I ended up adding a leaf to mine to lift it up some.
