What is this rear brake part?
Not having any fun installing 84 rear brakes on a bare housing I bought. Some of the cheap repro springs won't stretch at all. Going back to the wreckers to get some original springs. Anyone know what the little clip in the picture is for?

Plugs off the adjuster hole in the backing plate

Some plates don't have holes. Others have a piece setup to be knocked out but is still in place. And some have the cover plates/plugs.
