Auto column 4 speed
I am looking at doing a 4 speed auto build
My question is the only thing you need to change on the column is the shift indicator lens to a 4 speed auto ? 70 K20 thinking about dropping in a 6 litre with its matching 4l80E tranny seen a few youtube blogs they show the new linkage and not really show what they did to the factory auto column |

Re: Auto column 4 speed
all you need. The detents should match pretty close, might not be absolutely perfect but close enough.

Re: Auto column 4 speed
I have a 72 C2500 with a 4L80e with the lokar rod and linkage. Mine fits up and operates great. The indicator is off a hair, but that just needs to fixed with some adjustmenting.
