1952 truck inner door panel frames
Hello, I am hoping someone can steer me in the correct direction. I purchased these metal frames for the inner cardboard door panels. The frames come with clips. Are these clips meant to crimp the frames?...or am I missing something ?
Thank you, Jan P |

Re: 1952 truck inner door panel frames
I'm not sure if you're supposed to crimp them, I didn't.
The clip just holds the trim together at the bottom and uses one of the door panel screws to hold the trim and clip in place. I can take a pic of mine when I get home, if that helps.

Here’s a quick pic I just took of my truck. Sorry for the sideway view. Yes, it kinda looks like I might have crimped the clip in a little to help hold the two ends together.
