July 2021 ToTM
The theme for our July 2021 Truck of the Month (ToTM) contest is
Labrador Not, as you might think, the color of a Labrador dog, but labrador is actually a shade of blue that takes its name from the mineral labradorite, a blueish form of feldspar. In order to compete in this month’s contest, you will need to meet the following criteria:
You or someone else may nominate the vehicle. The nominee must be a board member and the current owner of the truck. Once you decide on who you wish to nominate, just add your nomination to this thread. We will need two pictures minimum with at least one full view of the vehicle. In addition, we will need the owner’s board name and the Make/Model/Year of vehicle. Nominations will run through June 23. The first 15 nominees that meet the criteria will participate in the contest We will need two pictures minimum (at least one full view of the vehicle) with/for the nomination as well as the owner’s board name, the Make/Model/Year of vehicle. I will PM the nominees to get any additional data or pictures if they have not already been provided. If the owner has a preferred picture they want used in the contest, please let me know in a PM. You can PM me for an e-mail address in case anyone has problems resizing the pictures for the board. A Poll Thread will be set up June 24 in this board area and an announcement will be posted on the Discussion Boards to notify all that voting has begun. The Poll will run thru the morning of July 1 and the official announcement of the winner will be on the evening of July 1. The announcement of the TOTM winner will be posted through the General Discussion Board area.

This is my 1969 C10. It has the original paint. It was a 2-owner, CA truck before I got it.

Ill throw my 69 in. It likes retrieving finish lines.
I know that nobody like the stickers but we have to utilize them. I do think I have the best Blue! Of course I'm a bit bit partial. Lol

Re: July 2021 ToTM
I'll throw my hat into the ring! My 1966 Custom Camper with 34k miles. It's wearing its original, factory paint. It features a 327 (also wearing its original turquoise paint) and a TH400 automatic. I dig survivors.

Since I came up a tad short last time, I'll nominate myself before Tim (Special K) does it this time.

Re: July 2021 ToTM
The bad part is, there were about 10 trucks lined up at an event and someone said we should lay in front of our trucks. I was game, but nobody else did and there just happened to be a guy with a quick shutter finger close by.
