Hi Papa Mo here
Gotta alotta question about 69 C10's
In particular has anybody replaced just the fuse block with a Painless Performance Products Universal Fuse Block 14-Circuit |

Welcome to the board!
I built a 66 c10 with a 12 circuit painless kit. It was one of the best investments. as the name says it was painless. Every wire was labeled so there was no risk of a mistake.
