Rally Wheel Question
On this type of ralley wheel, does the center cap go over the lug nuts or do the lug nuts hold it on?

the screws hold it to the rim but you need to remove the lug nuts to put it to the rim

Goes over them. There are three screws holding the cap on. You don't have to remove the lug nuts. On the ones I have on my van now, I have to put the lug nuts on first or else I can't get to them. The spinner gets in the way.
