lowering blocks
will lowering blocks hurt the handling of my truck. I have already put a 2/4 drop on it and i would like to drop the back another inch or so to level it

well, if you go another inch (total of 5" drop in rear), you will most likely want to use some alignment shims to adjust the pinion angle of the rear end. at ride height, chek the angle at the trans end and at the yoke on the rear to get the angles. 2-4 degrees is what you want. of course, this is assuming that the driveshaft is level. you may be ok without them, but it never hurts to check and double-check. good luck!

Shamrock is right on with the shims, mine is dropped 5" in back and I had to add 2 degree shims to get it back within specs, also need to get an adjustable panhard bar if you don't already have one

I use 3" Eibach rear drop springs and have 1.5" of drop with blocks and all is well. When I had 2" of additional rear drop with this combination, I could feel the drivetrain struggling a bit, so you'll need shims at 5" in my opinion. I need to get some before going back down to 5" total.
