I saw a kit on ebay once for the H4 conversions and it was for the 4 headlight square systems.

I didn't get it from Ricks, but I bought the 81-87 conversion. Diamond back with the H4 bulbs. I don't have a night picture, but here's a day time one.

I also completely rewired my system to handle the higher wattage bulbs.
This will help you understand what I did.

Where did you get that kit? And do you have to re-wire it to handle the bulbs or will they work alright without re-wiring? I don't really want to re-wire the whole system just to upgrade the head-lamps.

Thanks for the info, i'll go check it out. That wiring diagram looks pretty easy to do and I guess if I want the H4 setup i'll need to do it anyway.
Is this similar to what you put in yours? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33710 This says no modifcation required, but it also looks like it only comes with 2 bulbs so I would need two sets for the high beams also. Last edited by Destructo; 01-16-2004 at 03:54 PM. |
