Adding Power Brake Kit - What fitting goes into intake for vacuum?
Just ordered a power brake kit for my truck. The vacuum line goes to the intake where the orange plug is, correct? What fitting would go in here, I'll have to try and find one.

Yup!
Right there. With a hose look for a barbed fitting like in this link. https://www.amazon.ca/Anderson-Metal...689575706&th=1 |

Pull the plug out and take it with you to the parts place and match up the threads.
Those barbed fittings are available in most hardware stores like Canuck tire, Home Depot, etc. An alternate fitting you could use is a vacuum tree. Like this example. https://paceperformance.com/i-648576...m-nipples.html A good source for vacuum trees is the wrecking yard. Look on Ford trucks. They always have multi ports on them. |

That plug is NPT. Not sure if its 3/8 or 1/2". Auto part stores or Amazon has them.
I used that port for my PB. I just used Teflon tape on threads. |
