Fan shroud 66 C10 with sbc
Alright, I'm wondering what you guys or gals are doing for a fan shroud? Not to impressed with the stock replacement cost, I know, I'm a cheap a**, but any input would be appreciated!

Re: Fan shroud 66 C10 with sbc
I used an electric fan/shroud combo from a Chevy HHR, grabbed one from a junkyard for dirt cheap. Fits the V8 sized radiator really well and no issues keeping it cool in traffic in the summer.
I have an aftermarket aluminum radiator so I was able to mount the shroud directly to the radiator. This website shows how to mount it using the stock radiator. http://www.66c10.com/electric-fan/
