5" full length exhaust system kit ? (diesel conversion)

Wondering if anyone knows of, or installed, a 5" full length exhaust system on a 1973-87 C30/K30 1 ton truck. Im not finding a kit from any of the big exhaust mfrs available for this application.

Im sure its a bit of a tight squeeze over the rear axle, to dump out behind the passenger side wheel, without interference someplace.

Yes I know 5" is overkill even for the Cummins, but the 5" tip clamped onto the 3.5 or 4" pipe looks janky.
