Inner rocker/outer floor

Anybody have any how to info on using the inner rocker/outer floor extension from a truck for a blazer? I bought the replacement piece for GMCPauls but obviously it needs to be trimmed. Anybody know exactly where to trim? Does anything need to be bent up to make the transition? I know lots of people smarter than me have done this repair so I figured I would ask before starting mine. Thank you!

Re: Inner rocker/outer floor

I just redid mine last year. I don't remember if I bought the blazer or truck floor pieces. Either way you will want to use the fender bolt hole, cab brace bolts, floor groove and hump as datums to work out how long the panel should be.

Then put a 90 degree bend at that point. The bend will mate up with the rocker box and B pillar inner reinforcement.
