Alternator Belt
Ever since I put in the new chrome alternator my fan belt keeps coming off. I never know when it will happen, I notice my temp gauge tops out. I know I tighten it good because I use a crow bar. Any ideas how this happens so I can fix it? Thanks.

well it's lined up right???
if it came with a chrome pulley....take the one off your old alt. and install that one..... you may have just a bad pulley....to slick,,,groove not deep enough...????? |
