New bed wood - Question
Got my new bed wood mounted in the longhorn tonight. Now I need to know the best way to drill bed to frame mounting holes.
Bed is off truck right now. Do I remount bed and then drill mounting holes? Or do I do it with the bed off the truck? I have done new bed wood before but last time did mounting holes once it was back on the truck. I use a forstner bit for recessing the offset washers but didn't know if things would line up right if I drilled the holes while it's off the truck. Any input would be great Thanks Solver

I always got my wood with the holes already in the wood. I would set the bed on the frame and mark the holes from the bottom.
