Broken transmission gear indicator
My transmission gear indicator pointer on the dash is broken. The wire that ties the pointer to the shift lever snapped. Does anyone know where this part can be found? The parts stores dont seem to have a listing for it. Thanks

You can find them a plenty on Ebay, the whole assembly...Last time I looked, Golden State Parts catalog had the wire by itself.

Broken transmission gear indicator
Here is the GM part number for the wire:
P/N: 25016378 Group Code: 4.020 According to GM parts direct, it is still available and they have a list price of about $9.13. Hope this helps Doug |

Be careful handling it. They bend easily & they don't work well unless they're straight.
