tucking a 22x10
I know a few people on this board have bagged trucks and was wondering if anyone know what backspacing it took to lay out on a 22x10 out back, i have 20x10's right now that are a 6" BS and they would lay out but im not sure with how much taller of a wheel a 22" is that it would clear the bed side with 6" of BS when my truck is laid out.

I would say 6½" BS would do the job..6" MIGHT...I have 5½" on my 17x9½", and I'm sure I could lay out.

Kendhul your concern is not the rim size, but the overall diameter of the tire that you put on it. Calculate your current tire size, and try not to get much taller....

I test fitted 285/30/22 on a 22x10 with 6" b/s this past weekend and it fit fine. That is a 28.7" tire that is 11.5" wide.
My truck is not bagged but it does have 7" drop in the rear. just FYI... |
