Local dealership restoring 1972 Chevy pickup and its gonna be on TV!!!
Just read an add in the news paper today that Fisher Motors in Minot, ND (45 miles from where I live) is going to restore what looks like a 71-72 C-10 and record it and then play it sometime over the summer on the local FOX station called 'Rapid Restore'. They are doing it this Wednesday May 19 so I think I'm gonna go down and watch as much as I can. The ad says "From trash to gas in 6 hours....Can it be done?". If they plan to get this done is 6 hours I don't think the pickup they are starting with is gonna be trash :p Maybe I could bring one of mine down and see if they can do it in 6 hours

Yea I would like to see that too. When I worked at the chevy dealership down here they were going to restore a 57 two door hardtop and raffle it off. It only got as far as stripping it down and buying new chrome and body work and ten years later it is still sitting behind the body shop. I hope that it dont turn out like that.
