dynamat or no dynamat?
I just ordered new carpet for my truck. It comes with insulation but I was wondering if anyone has added dynamat underneath. Is it worth the extra coin? Does it stay cooler in the truck during the summer. Ive been driving it around without any carpet and the floor gets really hot , it hasn't even hit 95 Deg. yet.

YES! I say put something under there. I plan to put Brown Bread under my carpet this fall. We just got through putting it in the doors, and the difference in road noise is HUGE! I can't say how well it will prevent heat transfer, but it sure makes a difference in noise...

Heres the guy that I bought it from.Ebay For some reason, he doesn't have any Brown Bread up for auction. He has Dynamat Extreme going right now. I would email him and ask about Brown Bread... |
