truck box?

For years, I've had a nice 48" aluminum diamond plate truck box in the rear of the Fox. I could lock tools and stuff in it if I had the top off. It became kind of a trunk, and was real handy. However, it made it a pain to load gear and junk for general hauling. So I've mounted it to the tongue of my trailer. I'd like a 48"x24"x6" single drawer-style box to put there, letting me load crap on top of it and being able to still get in it. Anybody ever run across anything like that? I'm sure all the SUV driver's out there could use something like that too. If it doesn't exist, who can make one? I'm sure I could get a local sheetmetal fabber to do it for an armand a leg.

Tuffy makes a drawer that goes under the seat of a Jeep. I'm not sure on the dimentions. I have also seen a truck (believe it was a dodge ram) in a magazine and they put the tall narrow drawer boxes on each side of the bed between the seat and the tailgate. I believe they are made for PU's.
