Nope. Will it cover the outer edges of the knob holes in the dash? Most still have a little bit of hole showing around the trim plate.

Not sure - the website didn't give much information on specks, it was only $23 shipped. At that price I can't figure on it being all that great honestly. If I don't like it, a guy a work said he'd use it in his boat.
