Taillights wont light up..Help!
Both of my rear taillights wont light up. I checked the bulbs, flashers, and fuses and they are fine. When I put my hazard lights they will flash. I dont know whats wrong. I switched the bed on my truck, I have a 74 GMC and put on a 78-79 bed. Any help or advice would be appreciated, Thanks.

Check the plug under the bed near the back bumper.

There may be a ground issue at this time. Put a jumper wire on the body of one of your lights and then connect it to the frame, this could be a common thing in the back of the truck and the ground circuit is feeding back through of of the other circuits. The suggestion for checking the plug is an excellent one. This plug is a little different than some of the other trucks and it may need to be seated better to get a good connection.
