I'm moving this to the parts section for you. You'll have a lot better response over there.
Best of luck finding your new Burb and kindest regards, Kevin

I have a 3/4 ton 72 Chevy custom deluxe with dual air, was originally a BB truck, now 350/400. Nice rims and tires, needs full uphoulstery and carpet. Straight minimimal rust 3500. If you need some pics let me know. Located in Western Arizona Chuck

That looks like a clean truck, Hotrodhenryj. Come to think of it, I've never seen in person a K20 with roof air, let alone one in good body shape. If I had the cash, I'd drive down and snag it. I'm contemplating swapping the body from my near pristine (not perfect), rust-free C10 with roof air onto my K20. Maybe I should drive my C10 down for a trade. Save me a lot of work. Listen to me! My over-active imagination is hijacking 1968vetL-71's quest.
1. Any rust spots or holes to speak of? 2. Does the A/C work? 3. Mechanical condition? (could it make a long highway trip @75mph?) 4. How complete is it? And how original, save the engine? 5. Original paint? 6. Rear axle type? (D60 or Eaton H052?) 7. Mileage on the truck & engine? 8. Ever been in an accident? Thanks. Go get it 1968vetL-71. Before I do.

That is a nice Burb. Good price too. If I had the $3500 in hand right now and I knew that it would make it back to CT with no problems I would seriously consider flying out there. I would love to have a Burb. I plan on it someday.

4X4Poet:This is a nice truck, unfortunally its a C-20 not a K, only two wheel drive. I should have made that clear. For your other questions.
1.Rust is confined to drivers door floor and kick panel. Very small spot, I have been going to fix but haven't gotten to it yet. There was a spot on the pass side that I fixed already. 2.AC is complete and was fuctional, now the freon has leaked and it would need to be found before charging. 3.Mechanically it is in great shape. Has been sitting undriven for a year, so maybe some carb work. Tires are 50%, brakes are very good. I changed the trans fluid and filter when I got it as it had leaking gasket. I could not guarantee it would make a long journey, but what fun would it be if you knew for sure! 4.Truck is totally complete, no missing parts, even the rear emblem is intact. Only thing changed is the tires, rims and grill. 5.Paint is original. Pealing on rear hatch. It still has some shine to it. 6.Rear is Dana 60 I believe as it has no drop out pumpkin, gears unknown. 7.Mileage is 54000 but I would think it has turned over at least once 8.Does not show any previous damage that would reaquire body filler. Has one bruise on the drivers front fender. Some holes in doors where previous owners drilled for mirrors. Anymore questions feel free to ask. Here is a shot of the motor. I changed a few things that the previous owner had cobbled and gave it a Krylon overhaul.
