Interior ideas
Alright tried this on pic board so far no response. I would like to see some interior pics especially of speaker placement and rear panel areas. I have it in my head what to do with outside just not quite clear on how to do interior yet. Got to have a vision and maybe a saved pic on comp to make it happen right? Thanks.

Here's a shot of my custom speaker enclosures. They fit perfectly with the AM/8 track. I can almost hear the radio on the freeway!

Saw those in another thread bouncy. Pbs (nothing on but reruns other channels) had a disco special last night looks like your speakers would fit right in. Don't feel bad the only CD's I have are Blue Collar Comedy tours. Thanks.
Jaydub like where yours are mounted looks like good idea.I may have to come into 21st century and mount a hidden CD changer somewhere.(Full of Saturday Night Fever tunes ) Thanks for pic. It's in my file. Bouncy I think I can remember how yours are.

I just put some 6x9s in truck speaker boxes from Best Buy. They're held down with case latches that pull them down tight. Cheap and easy, but the boxes fit perfectly and I like to be able to remove them and turn them back for camping and tailgating. I also put 5 1/4" rounds in the door panels.

I am considering going with some of those speaker kick panels. I think I will get the ones without speakers so I can add my own. Can you attach those over factory kick panels.?

I want to put a CD player either in the console or behind a flip down radio delete in the dash. Someone put their stereo head unit in the ashtray hole, behind the dash.
When I do put in better speakers, I was thinking about building a box that will look kind of like my spare gas tanks, but in front of the wheel well. I also would like to put some cup holders in the top and make sure that the speakers are hidden.
