Hollanders shows the following front coil springs will interchange:
BLAZER/JIMMY (full size) 69-82 Front CHEVROLET FORWARD CONTROL 63-93 Front CHEVROLET PICKUP TRUCK 63-87 Front CHEVROLET PICKUP TRUCK 88-91 Front; VIN model "R" CHEVROLET VAN 64-95 Front CHEVROLET VAN 96 Front; exc. Express GMC FORWARD CONTROL 67-93 Front GMC PICKUP TRUCK 67-87 Front GMC PICKUP TRUCK 88-91 Front; VIN model "R" GMC VAN 67-95 Front GMC VAN 96 Front; exc. Savana SUBURBAN 63-87 Front SUBURBAN 88-91 Front; VIN model "R" The only difference is the spring rate. They were available in the following: 328150 3947 lb. $98 3935895 4241 lb. $112 15680287 4563 lb.(fwd. cont.) $62 328098 5026 lb. $119 328100 5407 lb. $123 14054344 5647 lb. $130 15731950 6306 lb. $129 15731951 6326 lb.(van) $130 Various tensions available; interchange in pairs only. So, a set of coil springs off a 73 will work on a 72 but the spring rate could be different.
