differential tilt and pinion lubrication
My rear 12-bolt has what looks like a wedge shim to point the pinion towards the transfer case. How much rotation can a 12-bolt take before pinion lubrication becomes a problem? Are there any quidelines for this?
Thanks, RLK |

Don't know the max angle, but I have heard of guys "overfilling" them to help compensate. To do this, park your truck on a steep decline and fill the differencial. I don't know if there are any potencial issues with doing this.
