350 engine for sale. (TBI motor)
Engine has about 86K on it. Ran great when pulled. Passed CA smog with no problems. Ran strong, no smoke, etc. The only down fall/problem was that it has a small tap/knock for the first few SECONDS of start up. Once it gets oil pressure, its fine. I drove it like this for a few months and never had any problems, it never got any worse. I was just gonna pull the pan and replace what was necessary, it shouldnt be anything MAJOR. I dont have the room to have this sitting around so its gotta go.
Also, have the serpentine belt system from it and the throttle body. Also have a harness and computer. |

How much for the entire setup? Are we talking plug and play pretty much, or would there still be some reengineering involved in dropping it in an old truck?
Thanks dude... Did you ever sell that 73?

I changed a freight train load of those engines under warranty during the mid 90's because of that cold start knock. There's really nothing wrong with them, but some folks raised hell until we changed the longblock under warranty.
I used to buy the cores for 100 bucks and put them in older trucks for people on the side. I wish I could still get them, it was good money.
