WOW! That's one of the benefits of the south I guess. Not too many trucks up here that would look that intact after sitting around like that. Of course, I'm talking about the body itself. The engine bay and the interior obviously need some work, but the body looks pretty straight and solid - - no major corrosion.

I'd say $200 is OK. But be prepared to spend many times that to fix her up...

What are your plans for her? Doing a full restoration? She'll be a good looking truck when she's done, I'm sure.

Yes im planning to do a full restoration. I will just need some help on the motor. can anyone tell me by the pic of the motor what size it is.

Cool! My first truck was a '70 C/10. I still miss it.

That engine is a 250 cid inline 6 cylinder. Same as the one I had. Good, strong engine, just not as much fun as a V8! Better fuel mileage, though.

Nice score. I bought a 71 K10 stepside last year, with probably the same six banger in her. Mine was so rotted that I ended up giving up on it and selling it. At a loss

. I think the six cylinders were either 250 or 265 inches roughly. Not bad engines, but why not dump a 350 in there? Or did you say "RESTORING". Personally, I wanted a 454, dana 60 front and 14 bolt FF rear, and 38s or something crazy like that. That's why it never got off the ground. I have most of that hardware in my 87 K20 now, plow yard/horse around truck. Good luck!
