This doesn't look good

Does it look like I might have a cracked block? I have been smelling something for a few weeks now and havent been able to pinpoint it till it started smoking today, not bad just enough to get my attention.

Its kind of hard to think your block would just crack without a clue. Could it be just a freeze plug or head gasket leaking. I cant tell much by the pic.

Ooh, that does indeed look nasty. Looks like a leaking head gasket or a cracked block. Time for a UV dye?

Don't know for sure from looking at the picture but I would check the head gasket first or maybe freeze plug and if not then use some dye like KShortell suggested.
-Thanks
