I HAVE A NEW SET OF 255/40/17 BFG TIRES, WILLTHESE LOOK O.K. AND CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME IDEAS ON 17 IN. WHEELS ?? I STILL HAVE THE SIX LUG SET-UP.

might look a little small. Heres 255/50/17's on mine with a 3/5 drop. The 40 series will probably be close to an inch shorter. These are 27" tall.

Unless your pretty low those 255/40's might be kind of short for the big wheelwells these trucks have IMO. . . but you know what they say about opinions.

The tires I have are Bridgestone Potenza RE730's. I have a 350 horseish 350 with posi and they hook up sweet. Couldn't ask for better traction.
