bills bowtie

This gentleman was a great pleasure to deal with! We bought some a/c controls from him a while back. Well in the confusion of having to send him money, get 3 packages out for delivery and starting a new job... I somehow managed to send him a package that was to be delivered to someone else. He kindly emailed me of my mistake and assisted me in getting the package to its rightful owner. Twice he made a road trip to the PO for me and never asked for anything other than what it cost to ship it off. What a helluva guy!!! I just thought I would share my experience with a board member here! Thanks bill ... you definetly saved my a$$ on that one!

I`m dealing with him on a cab(since Jan). The weather, computer broke so I went w/o for 5wks.,I`m busy, and it`s a good day drive.Still sittin`on it for me and he`s being real patient.I`m feeling guilty dragging this out.Now he`s concerned about getting it out of the field because the hay`s wantin`to grow.I`m finally going down next week.I got nothing but good to say about Big Bill.
