Power steering Pump Question.
So, I think the pump is going out, actually im pretty dang sure. So these are my symptoms... I start the truck, thing has little or no power steering and when I try to move the tires I get to a certain point and it fricking squeals like no other (and yes im moving the wheels in the right direction) When im at lower RPMs the thing cuts in and out while turning. I just checked the belts and fluid levels. Everything is tight and full. So am I right to say that a almost 30 year old pump prolly bit the dust?

Yeah, the belts are interesting. The AC compressor one is very tight, but the one straight from the motor is kinda loose, but that shouldnt matter. I dunno. Its behaving REALLY bad tonight, I gotta go check for vaccum leaks and check the ignition and timing.
