Ok my question is the 60-87 Front bag mounting brackets the same?
The first is from http://www.streetissuecustoms.com it sayes 60-87
The second is from Jason at http://www.***************** they say 67-87
What’s the deal will Jason’s work? I would rather get them from him.

Yes, either set will work on any 63-72 1/2 ton.. not sure about the bigger stuff. But there's your answer. I say this because I have plates and cups from both ***************** and AirRide Technologies, and the plates both bolt up the same, and AirRide lists them as 63-72 C10. Take that for whatever it may be worth.

If you ordered from Doug at StreetIssue you would most likely end up with SD stuff anyways since he is a SD dealer

hey guys on those lower cups, did yall cut them down any. i ordered some and they seem really tall and i was wondering if there is any need to shorten them to get my truck to lay out. thanks. oh and mine are from suicidedoors also.

I built my own in a very short period of time using a hammer some C clamps and a grinder , and drill press, tonight , I removed my bumpstops from my a arms , I as well will be trying it with out bottom cup, I guess we'll see how that works out.

I have heard great things about the SD brackets and all his product for that matter

i'm ressurecting this old post. how much if any can be cut off the bottom of the cups?

I can look tomorrow to be exact, but I think it is about .75-1" that can be taken off the SD bottom cups.
Using the Airlift bags I am going to run w/o cups and see what happens, if they seem to rub too much I will modify the cups and use them.

I have sd cups and cut 1.75 off and lay on 20s witha 275/45 tire. overall dia of about 30ins.

Does any one have the exact dimensions of the top plate that mounts on to the crossmember. I had some xtra metal that I will not be needing so why not save a buck and make my own top brackets. Need to move my truck quick cuz this freak landlord decided to sell the house early.

I can still measure them, but with the SD top plates and no bottom cups, I am on the A- arms and very close to the crossmember (less than 1/4") deflated.
